Being a chiropractor in Janesville, WI, we know the challenges people face. The health hurdles and the pain we see people go through on a daily basis is heartbreaking, but we offer hope, restoration, and healing for everyone, young and old, who come through our doors.

Our unique approach to chiropractic care and wellness for your family doesn’t allow us to simply adjust your problem and send you on your way. We’re in the business of restoring function to your body so that it can do as it was designed and heal itself naturally from the inside out.

Health Solutions We Offer To Our Chiropractic Patients

Serious health issues require serious solutions. Unfortunately, the health care system today has been conditioned to mask the symptoms of serious conditions with pain medications and other invasive treatments. We don’t operate like that. Instead, we pinpoint the problem and eliminate any guesswork so we can immediately be effective with our chiropractic treatment—bringing natural relief and full body balance.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word which translates to mean "Universal Life Force Energy." This life force has also been known around the world as chi, ki, prana, the soul or vital force. Life force energy is found within all living beings. Reiki is believed to be over 2,500 years old and to have originated in Tibet. Dr. Mikao Usui is said to have rediscovered Reiki in Japan in the late 1800’s after being lost for centuries.

Reiki is an energy healing modality which has been found to balance the body, mind and spirit. When energy gets stuck in the body, it can affect your body, mind and spirit. When this happens, the affect on your body includes emotional and physical ailments and stress. Reiki treatments can help to clear these blockages and restore balance to your body, mind and spirit.

During a Reiki treatment, you lie fully clothed on a treatment table, and the Reiki Practitioner transfers this healing energy by placing her hands lightly on or over a person.

Since the Reiki energy is an intelligent energy, the exact hand positions are not critical because the energy know where to go and what to do. This intelligent energy does the healing, not the practitioner. The hands of most Reiki Practitioners become quite warm when working with this energy. The client may feel warmth in several areas of the body at once because the Reiki energy flows where it is needed, not just to the area directly under where the practitioner’s hands are placed.

Reiki does not replace medical treatment, but will enhance the benefits of it, such as:
Restore and balance the energy systems in all living things
Offer relief during emotional distress and sorrow and help in the grieving process
Balance the Chakras
Enhance medications and quicken healing time
Promote from within qualities of loving, caring, compassion, trusting, self-actualizing, goodwill, peace and serenity
Reduce some of the side effects of drugs and helps the body to recover from drug therapy after surgery and chemotherapy
Purify the environment
Increase energy levels
Accelerate the body’s self-healing abilities and help to relieve pain
Calm, reduce stress and tension and provide deep relaxation, comfort and peace

Reiki may:
Aid in better sleep
Clear negative energy
Reduce blood pressure
Bring spiritual growth, clarity and healing
Help with acute (injuries) and chronic problems (asthma, eczema, headaches, etc.) and help the breaking of addictions
Remove energy blockages, adjust the energy flow of the endocrine system bringing the body into balance and harmony
Help in recovery from illness, stress, trauma and separation anxiety for pets
Speed up recovery from surgery or long-term illness
Assist the body in cleaning itself from toxins
Support the immune system

I love chiropractic because everyone can benefit from chiropractic care. It’s as simple as once you give the body what it needs, the body heals itself. By putting the spine in the proper alignment with a chiropractic adjustment, the signal from the brain to the body is restored therefore, function is restored.

I have a passion for caring for families. I truly believe the greatest gift you can give your family is health. I especially love caring for little ones and pregnant mamas!

A Little About Me:

I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017. I am proficient in Palmer adjusting techniques, and well as low force techniques, such as Activator.

I was inspired to become a chiropractor after I received my first chiropractic adjustment when I was 12. I had severe asthma and chiropractic care significantly improved my health! I was simply amazed, and that experience truly inspired me!

When I’m not treating patients, I enjoy spending time with my hubby, son, and puppy. I also love Zumba, yoga, and enjoying the outdoors.

My favorite part about becoming a chiropractor is the fact that we have the ability to directly impact a patients health and wellness in a positive manor. If the impact is big or small, a positive impact is progress and has the ability to build over time. By removing nerve interference, we give the body the ability to innately express itself to its fullest potential. Think about how much better life could be if not only one individual could be the best version of themselves but a family, a community, a county, a state, a nation, the world. I’m thankful, honored, and proud to be a chiropractor and have the ability to help the people in my community experience what chiropractic can do for them.

A little about me:

I am a 2020 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the fountain head of the chiropractic profession. Palmer alumni are well recognized for their leadership in the profession in all parts of the three-legged stool: the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic. I followed my wife into the chiropractic profession after she was about halfway through obtaining her doctorate. I wanted to be able to take care of my wife, family, friends, and community to the best of my ability and I thought that chiropractic was the best way possible to achieve that goal. When I’m not treating patients I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, getting outside to enjoy the outdoors, and learning new things about chiropractic and finance.

I am originally from Janesville, Wisconsin. Growing up, I was very active in sports and music, playing soccer and drums from a very young age.

I attended UW-Madison where I majored in Medical Microbiology, Immunology, and Bacteriology and was on my way to medical school. While at Madison, I had my first contact with Chiropractic. During my sophomore year, I began having debilitating migraine headaches 3-4 days a week. My parents convinced me to go see Dr. Brandon Crandall, to see if he could help me. After two visits, my migraines were gone. Needless to say, my medical school plans changed and after my junior year at Madison, I transferred to Palmer College of Chiropractic.

During my second year at Palmer, I married my high school sweetheart, Liz. The following summer, we were fortunate enough to participate in a Chiropractic mission trip to Fiji. We spent three weeks visiting various villages offering our services and donations to the under-privileged people of Fiji. It was a tremendous experience and one we will never forget.

It is wonderful to be back home in Janesville with my wife and children, and to have the opportunity to carry on Dr. Crandall’s practice after his retirement.
