Being a chiropractor in Janesville, WI, we know the challenges people face. The health hurdles and the pain we see people go through on a daily basis is heartbreaking, but we offer hope, restoration, and healing for everyone, young and old, who come through our doors.

Our unique approach to chiropractic care and wellness for your family doesn’t allow us to simply adjust your problem and send you on your way. We’re in the business of restoring function to your body so that it can do as it was designed and heal itself naturally from the inside out.

Health Solutions We Offer To Our Chiropractic Patients

Serious health issues require serious solutions. Unfortunately, the health care system today has been conditioned to mask the symptoms of serious conditions with pain medications and other invasive treatments. We don’t operate like that. Instead, we pinpoint the problem and eliminate any guesswork so we can immediately be effective with our chiropractic treatment—bringing natural relief and full body balance.

This is where you will learn how the mind really does have control over the body, and learn how a disconnection from your spirit (intuition) has been affecting you. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word which translates to mean "Universal Life Force Energy." This life force has also been known around the world as chi, ki, prana, the soul or vital force. Life force energy is found within all living beings. Reiki is believed to be over 2,500 years old and to have originated in Tibet. Dr. Mikao Usui is said to have rediscovered Reiki in Japan in the late 1800’s after being lost for centuries.

Reiki is an energy healing modality which has been found to balance the body, mind and spirit. When energy gets stuck in the body, it can affect your body, mind and spirit. When this happens, the affect on your body includes emotional and physical ailments and stress. Reiki treatments can help to clear these blockages and restore balance to your body, mind and spirit.

During a Reiki treatment, you lie fully clothed on a treatment table, and the Reiki Practitioner transfers this healing energy by placing her hands lightly on or over a person.

Since the Reiki energy is an intelligent energy, the exact hand positions are not critical because the energy know where to go and what to do. This intelligent energy does the healing, not the practitioner. The hands of most Reiki Practitioners become quite warm when working with this energy. The client may feel warmth in several areas of the body at once because the Reiki energy flows where it is needed, not just to the area directly under where the practitioner’s hands are placed.

Reiki does not replace medical treatment, but will enhance the benefits of it, such as:
Restore and balance the energy systems in all living things
Offer relief during emotional distress and sorrow and help in the grieving process
Balance the Chakras
Enhance medications and quicken healing time
Promote from within qualities of loving, caring, compassion, trusting, self-actualizing, goodwill, peace and serenity
Reduce some of the side effects of drugs and helps the body to recover from drug therapy after surgery and chemotherapy
Purify the environment
Increase energy levels
Accelerate the body’s self-healing abilities and help to relieve pain
Calm, reduce stress and tension and provide deep relaxation, comfort and peace

Reiki may:
Aid in better sleep
Clear negative energy
Reduce blood pressure
Bring spiritual growth, clarity and healing
Help with acute (injuries) and chronic problems (asthma, eczema, headaches, etc.) and help the breaking of addictions
Remove energy blockages, adjust the energy flow of the endocrine system bringing the body into balance and harmony
Help in recovery from illness, stress, trauma and separation anxiety for pets
Speed up recovery from surgery or long-term illness
Assist the body in cleaning itself from toxins
Support the immune system

I am originally from Georgetown Delaware but moved to Janesville as a kid. Then I moved back to Delaware when I was an adult for a few years before I joined the Army National Guard as a light-wheel vehicle mechanic and served 5 years between South Carolina, Washington state, Delaware, and mostly here in Janesville. We now live in beautiful little Milton. I came back to Janesville for my parents, met my husband and the rest is history. We have 2 growing boys, a Siberian husky, 3 hermit crabs, a cat and a leopard gecko. I grew up training and showing my horses and that was a very big part of my life and taught me a lot. I enjoy bowhunting for deer and target practice with my oldest son and his bow. My Dad is a master mechanic and I definitely inherited the passion for it until things got too computerized. I enjoy the “old school” vehicles and am a big fan of trucks. Now I love my massage work with humans and see the technical aspect in much the same way as auto mechanics, just as body mechanics. I very much enjoy working with specific aches and pains as well as postural compensation patterns. I enjoy using a combination of many techniques including but not limited to Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue (some muscles are deeper than others. This is not the same as deep pressure which I also do). I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well and very much enjoy recommending strength and resistance training to help combat these issues as well. Lengthening and strengthening are equally as important. I always say “Every muscle has a job, some there job is to help others and some just get very nosey when one isn’t working correctly”. Through postural correction, which resistance/strength training works hand-in-hand with, we can get these muscles doing their jobs correctly and make the body happier and lifestyle more fulfulling. I do have my own online personal training business but I also have relationships with trainers at local gyms that I like to refer to as well. I like to take a whole body approach to what what ails you. Which is why I am so grateful to be able to work in Dr Paull’s office with such great professionals in so many complimentary areas..

I grew up in Beloit from 8-18, & spent most of my childhood dancing at Marx Dance Academy, swimming in my backyard, traveling, reading, & playing with friends. I graduated from Beloit Memorial in 2001. I went to college at UW-Rock County & UW-LaCrosse. After changing my major from Sports Medicine with a minor in Spanish to nursing, I finally found my calling & home in massage therapy (thanks Trina). I graduated from Madison Area Technical College, now Madison College, in December of 2012. I spent the beginning of 2013 planning my wedding, traveling, & studying for my massage licensing exams. I was married in July of 2013, & began my massage career in August of that same year. I enjoy learning & regularly take classes which expand my knowledge to meet my interests & client needs. I am currently taking online classes which will add certified herbalist, certified aromatherapist, & yoga teacher to my tool box. Movement, healing & human anatomy have always fascinated me. I love learning & I love massaging. I also enjoy spending my time traveling, reading for fun, spending time with friends, & playing with my husband, Mike, 5 year old Miles, & almost 3 year old twins, Zoe & Morgan. My life is colorful, hectic, loud, wild, & crazy. I love it. I couldn’t imagine it any other way. I’m excited to bring my experience and knowledge to Paull Chiropractic.

My favorite part about becoming a chiropractor is the fact that we have the ability to directly impact a patients health and wellness in a positive manor. If the impact is big or small, a positive impact is progress and has the ability to build over time. By removing nerve interference, we give the body the ability to innately express itself to its fullest potential. Think about how much better life could be if not only one individual could be the best version of themselves but a family, a community, a county, a state, a nation, the world. I’m thankful, honored, and proud to be a chiropractor and have the ability to help the people in my community experience what chiropractic can do for them.

A little about me:

I am a 2020 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the fountain head of the chiropractic profession. Palmer alumni are well recognized for their leadership in the profession in all parts of the three-legged stool: the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic. I followed my wife into the chiropractic profession after she was about halfway through obtaining her doctorate. I wanted to be able to take care of my wife, family, friends, and community to the best of my ability and I thought that chiropractic was the best way possible to achieve that goal. When I’m not treating patients I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, getting outside to enjoy the outdoors, and learning new things about chiropractic and finance.

I am originally from Janesville, Wisconsin. Growing up, I was very active in sports and music, playing soccer and drums from a very young age.

I attended UW-Madison where I majored in Medical Microbiology, Immunology, and Bacteriology and was on my way to medical school. While at Madison, I had my first contact with Chiropractic. During my sophomore year, I began having debilitating migraine headaches 3-4 days a week. My parents convinced me to go see Dr. Brandon Crandall, to see if he could help me. After two visits, my migraines were gone. Needless to say, my medical school plans changed and after my junior year at Madison, I transferred to Palmer College of Chiropractic.

During my second year at Palmer, I married my high school sweetheart, Liz. The following summer, we were fortunate enough to participate in a Chiropractic mission trip to Fiji. We spent three weeks visiting various villages offering our services and donations to the under-privileged people of Fiji. It was a tremendous experience and one we will never forget.

It is wonderful to be back home in Janesville with my wife and children, and to have the opportunity to carry on Dr. Crandall’s practice after his retirement.
